Online coaching is a relationship in which you receive the education, knowledge, and support you typically would from a personal trainer/nutrition coach online.

Online coaching captures many of the same vital elements that in-person training does, like:

  1. providing professional support and accountability.

  2. individual exercise and nutrition programming.

  3. A highly individualized approach to optimizing your lifestyle and ensuring it is aligned with your fitness goals.

The remote nature of online coaching is very beneficial for those who are on the go, and would like some of the support elements of a typical in-person trainer, at a lower cost.

how does it work?

Our online coaching program is built around an eight part model

  1. Intake and assessment:

    • The assessment process begins when you fill out the form below. Your application will be thoroughly reviewed and a coach will contact You.

    • A strategy/planning session (usually a call or emaiL) to create a plan for your success. This allows you time to ask questions of your coach and to really find out if online coaching is what you need. Discussion will include:

      • past success and struggles.

      • training history and preference.

      • Nutritional and preference.

      • Injuries/limitations.

      • lifestyle questions.

  2. Customized lifestyle guidelines:

    • Immediately upon starting your online coaching journey we will put a lifestyle plan in place, if need be, to help you reach your goals quicker by optimizing health and performance. This includes:

      • Sleep.

      • Stress.

      • Digestion.

      • Training/nutrition

      • Hydration

  3. Unique and ever evolving exercise programming:

    • You will receive a completely custom training program that is updated regularly to ensure you progress.

    • Your coach will adjust The program at any time to accommodate any change of circumstance that may arise.

  4. Individualized nutrition coaching:

    • An individualized macronutrient based nutrition plan and nutrition coaching will be provided to help you reach your goals.

  5. accountability:

    • You will have access to your coach if you have questions about something, are lacking, motivation, need support, or just need clarification.

    • Your coach may even reach out to you, unless otherwise specified to ensure everything is going smoothly.

  6. Support and education:

    • Our online coaching program revolves around providing the support and education you will need to become self sufficient.

  7. 24/7 access:

    • YOu will have your coaches direct email, and in some cases cell phone access for texting and bi-weekly calls.

  8. Transparency and honesty in coaching and practice:
